School Bus Information:
If your school bus route for the 2013-14 school year is already full, please complete this form and fax or email it to the business office:
For the 2013-2014 school year there are two options to purchase a bus pass:
Option # 1 – Purchase On-line annual one way AM or annual one way PM passes. The bus pass will be mailed to you in mid August. - The on-line service, SchoolPay, allows parents to use their Visa, Master Card, Discover Card or electronic check to purchase Plan A
The SchoolPay on-line process now allows for two payment methods:
1. Single Payment – Pay the complete amount at the time of purchase, $427.00 plus a $13.92 convenience fee.
2. Payment Plan – Pay an initial amount of $140.92 plus automatic debits of $100.00 on June 1, July 1 and August 1. The initial amount and three automatic debits must be processed and deposited into the Reed Union School District’s account to complete the bus pass purchase.
To use SchoolPay simply select the Route number and Bus number from the choices below and follow the instructions:
1. Route 1, Bus 1 (Yellow)
2. Route 2, Bus 2 (Pink)
Option #2 – Purchase by Mail - Please print the Bus Pass Application complete it and attach your check. The bus pass will be mailed to you in mid August.

Bus Tickets for individual rides may be purchased, if bus seating space is available, in the business office at a cost of $4.00 each. Remember, bus passes purchased under Plan A will not be discounted or prorated for any reason and refunds for unused passes will not be issued.
In case of financial hardship, parents /guardians may apply for free or reduced cost bus transportation. Please complete the "Application for Free or Reduced Cost Bus Pass" form, if you feel you may qualify and also bring this to the Business Office.
